💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS & TERMS

• Initial Deposit: The total fee is €5,000, which includes a €1,500 deposit due at the launch of the search.
• Final Balance: The remaining €3,500 is payable upon signing the final deed of sale before the notary (rogito).
• Cancellation Policy: If you choose to terminate the process before any contract review or negotiation begins, only the initial deposit will be retained.
• Technical Surveyor (Geometra) Fees: Our fee includes the coordination of the technical audit. However, any external fees charged by the geometra for structural, cadastral, or registry compliance reports are to be paid directly by the client.
• Non-Result & Mandate Expiry: The property search mandate is valid for a period of six (6) months. If no property matching your initial criteria is successfully secured within this timeframe, the mandate will expire. In this event, the initial €1,500 deposit is retained as a sourcing fee, and no final balance shall be due. The mandate may be extended upon mutual written agreement.
