OUR STRONG REFUND POLICY
Mission termination or accommodation found by the client
50% refund of the total amount if the client ends the mission or finds accommodation on their own without using the contacts shared.
No Accommodation Secured by Move-in Date
A 70% refund will be granted if no housing is secured by the agreed date. This refund does not apply if the client has rejected three or more properties that met the initial criteria defined at the start of the mission.
