💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS & TERMS

Structured Fee Schedule: Total service fee of €5,000, payable in three (3) installments across the 6-month mandate period.

Initial Retainer Deposit: A 30% retainer deposit (€1,500) is due upon signing to launch the mission, secure your dedicated mandate slot, and initiate location strategy and property sourcing.

Second Installment (Month 3): A second payment of €1,750 is due three (3) months after the project launch date.

Final Installment (Month 6): The remaining balance of €1,750 is due six (6) months after the initial project launch date.

Technical Surveyor (Geometra) Fees: Our fee includes full administrative coordination of the technical audit. External fees charged directly by the geometra (for structural, cadastral, or compliance reports) are paid separately by the client.

Mandate Duration: The property search mandate is valid for a period of six (6) months from the signature date. It may be extended upon mutual written agreement if required.

🛡️ GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

Early Cancellation Policy: If the client chooses to terminate the engagement before any property visits (physical or virtual) have been conducted or before negotiations commence, only the initial €1,500 retainer deposit will be retained by the home finder to cover setup, location analysis, and initial strategy work. Any remaining unbilled installments (Month 3 and Month 6) will be canceled.

Mid-Mission Client Termination: If the client decides to cancel the mission after property visits or negotiations have begun, or independently secures a property during the mandate period, no past paid installments will be refunded. Any work delivered up to the cancellation date remains fully compensated by the payments made to date. Unbilled future installments will not be charged.

Performance Guarantee & Mandate Expiry: If no property matching the client's verified initial criteria has been successfully secured upon the absolute expiry of the 6-month mandate, the contract naturally terminates. In this event, all installments paid up to the expiry date are permanently retained as fair compensation for the extensive sourcing, administrative, and operational work performed during the 6-month period. No additional fees will be due, and the home finder is released from further delivery obligations.
