💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS & TERMS
• Flexible Payment Schedule: Option to pay the total fee of €6,000 in full or via a structured payment plan.
• Initial Retainer Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of €720 is due at the launch of the search to initiate the mission and secure your dedicated mandate slot.
• Quarterly Installments: The remaining balance is split into three (3) equal payments of €1,760, automatically invoiced every three (3) months following the initial deposit date.
• Technical Surveyor (Geometra) Fees: Our fee includes the administrative coordination of the technical audit. Any external fees charged by the geometra for structural, cadastral, or registry compliance reports are to be paid directly by the client.
• Mandate Duration: The property search mandate is strictly valid for a period of nine (9) months from the signature date. The mandate may be extended upon mutual written agreement if required.

🛡️ GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
• Early Cancellation Policy: If the client chooses to terminate the process before any physical or virtual property visits have been conducted, or before any landlord/broker negotiations have commenced, only the initial €720 retainer deposit will be retained by the home finder. All subsequent unbilled quarterly installments will be canceled.
• Mid-Mission Client Termination: If the client decides to cancel the mission after property visits or negotiations have begun, or independently secures accommodation during the mandate period, no past payments or paid installments will be refunded. Any work delivered up to the cancellation date remains fully compensated by the paid installments.
• Our Performance Guarantee & Mandate Expiry: If no property matching the client's verified initial criteria has been successfully secured upon the absolute expiry of the 9-month mandate, the contract will naturally terminate. In this event, all quarterly installments paid up to the expiry date are permanently retained as compensation for the extensive sourcing, administrative, and operational work performed during the mandate. No final balance or additional fees will be due, and the home finder is released from any further delivery obligations.
