🛡️ GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

• Early Termination or Client-Sourced Housing: A 50% refund of the total fee will be granted if the client terminates the mission prior to their arrival in Italy, or successfully secures accommodation independently without utilizing any contacts, listings, or leads shared by the home finder.

• Non-Result & Mandate Expiry: The rental search mandate is valid for a period of six (6) months. If no property matching the client's initial criteria is successfully secured within this timeframe, the mandate will expire. A full 100% refund will be issued if no suitable accommodation has been presented by the agreed move-in date set at the launch of the mission. Alternatively, the mandate may be extended upon mutual written agreement.
